At Meraky Agency, we are dedicated to providing reliable and efficient virtual assistant services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your service. The following outlines our policies regarding refunds, deliveries, returns, and cancellations to provide clarity and build trust.
1. Refund Policy
- In the event that any or all product(s) are lost, such as damage to or loss of a component of the product necessary for final delivery, Meraky Agency shall refund Client a prorated portion of the Total Cost based on the amount of Services that were completed/provided against the amount of Services that were agreed to be completed/provided.
- No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service has been fully rendered, no refunds will be issued.
2. Delivery Policy
- Delivery of Services - Meraky Agency will provide all Services daily for 8 hours unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.
3. Return Policy
- Upon Agreement termination. Meraky Agency will return to the Client any property, documentation, records, or confidential information which is the property of the Client.
4. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to terminate a contract (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or continuous contracts), a 30-day written notice is required.
- We reserve the right to cancel services if a client violates our Terms of Service, engages in disrespectful behavior toward staff, or consistently fails to provide timely feedback or information. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
